Business Development Manager – US Staffing

Job Description

CloudVandana is looking for a Business Development Manager/ Sales Development Manager for US Staffing. The ideal candidate must be from the Recruitment, Staffing, or IT Consulting industry, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Client services in IT Consulting or Staffing.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for generating new leads and enhancing business relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through cold emails, networking, lead follow-ups, and other methods.
  • Establish new client relationships in the USA for IT staffing.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing a sales strategy
  • A key aspect of the role will be managing client requirements and submissions
  • Identify market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Maintaining a database of prospective clients
  • Route the qualified opportunities to the CEO and Schedule a meeting with the CEO

  • Relevant experience : 3 + years.

US IT Recruiter

Job Description

CloudVandana is hiring an experienced and dynamic US IT Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging IT professionals for various positions in the United States. This will be a full-time remote role.


  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, etc.
  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Dealing with candidates – US Citizens, GC, H1B, TN Permit holders.
  • Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in the US (W2/1099/ Corp to Corp)
  • Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
  • Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
  • Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements.
  • Should ensure to submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines.



Experience – 3 to 5 Years

  • The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT Recruitment & must know visa classification (H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa) & Familiar with different US Tax terms, like Corp-Corp (C2C ), W2, 1099

Sales Development Representative ( 2-4 Year)

Job Description

The goal of  SDR at CloudVandana is to identify and qualify as many Prospective customers as possible in as short a time.


  • Understand the ‘Ideal Customer Profile’ – the SDR needs to be clear on who he or she is trying to target. This means the target industry, role, company size, geography, region, etc.
  • Create prospect lists: once you know who to target, the key task of  SDR is to research online and build lists of contacts that fit the profile. This can be through a combination of web searches, LinkedIn searches, Linkedin Sales Navigator, association membership lists, 3rd party database providers like ZoomInfo, and purchased lists from list providers. The SDR can use tools to improve the accuracy of their lists to ensure the names and contact details are correct.
  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads depending on the product/service we sell in the market.
  • Generate leads to develop business from different sources like LinkedIn and other social media or communities.
  • Gather relevant information by utilizing multiple open sources.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Prepare and analyze leads pipeline, and reports and update the lead status on excel on a daily basis.
  • Willingness to learn new tools for Email finding, Email Validation, Email Campaigning, etc. (Training will be given)
  • Collaborate with appropriate sales team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • For qualified opportunities, need to schedule appointments with the customer and Salesperson for further development and closure of the lead.
  • Identifying the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) in a particular organization is a must-have skill.
