Business Development Manager

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Description

The goal as a BDM at CloudVandana is to identify and qualify as many Prospective customers as possible in as short a time.

Your success would be measured by monitoring how many qualified appointments and/or demos your schedule for your account executives. Breaking this down a little, your main tasks are:

  • Understand the ‘Ideal Customer Profile’ – the BDM needs to be clear on who he or she is trying to target. This means the target industry, role, company size, geography, region, etc.
  • Create prospect lists: once you know who to target, the key task of a BDM is to research online and build lists of contacts that fit the profile. This can be through a combination of web searches, LinkedIn searches, Linkedin Sales Navigator, association membership lists, 3rd party database providers like ZoomInfo, and purchased lists from list providers. The BDE can use tools to improve the accuracy of their lists to ensure the names and contact details are correct.
  • Run outbound emails and calls:  These initial contacts are brief and exploratory – the BDM is trying to establish if there are a potential interest and requirement for your solution, not trying to sell it.
  • Handover to Account Execs: when a BDM is sure that one of her contacts is worth pursuing, they capture all relevant details and then do a controlled handover to one of their Account Exec colleagues. This handover can include confirmation by the Account Exec that the new lead meets all the necessary criteria for them to pursue.
  • Make use of technology at each step: there are tools available to help BDEs do their job better and faster. From prospect databases, email verification, outbound email automation using Sales Engagement Platforms, and CRM systems, SDRs should use tools at each step to identify prospects, contact them and record their interactions, and measure their overall progress.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads depending on the product/service we sell in the market.
  • Generate leads to develop business from different sources like LinkedIn and other social media or communities.
  • Gather relevant information by utilizing multiple open sources.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Prepare and analyse leads pipeline, reports and update the lead status on the excel on a daily basis.
  • Willingness to learn new tools for Email finding, Email Validation, Email Campaigning etc. (Training will be given)
  • Collaborate with appropriate sales team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • For qualified opportunities, need to schedule appointments with the customer and Salesperson for further development and closure of the lead.
  • Identifying the ICP (Ideal customer Profile) in a particular organization is a must have skill.
  • Good working experience on excel.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategic sales initiatives.
  • Prepare pipeline forecasts reports and track key metrics.
  • Post qualification, need to schedule demonstrations between Team lead and qualified lead.
  • Follow-up creatively to result in generation of increased interest.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Good at content writing.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate service/product.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiently.

Lead Generation Executive

Experience: 0-4 Years

CloudVandana is hiring freshers for the role of ​Lead Generation Executive.

Job Description

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities around the globe.
  • Research a list of target companies based on the key criteria provided by the Business Development teams.
  • Identify the decision-makers and their contact information by using LinkedIn, company websites, Zoom Info, or other online resources for leads research.
  • Run email campaigns.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
  • Follow up with leads on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Excellent in Internet search and Email writing.

Senior Salesforce Consultant cum Developer will work with business and technology partners to maintain and enhance the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce.com). You must be a leader and a self-starter with the ability to propose innovative solutions based on a solid understanding of business strategy, regulatory changes, industry direction, and above all, Salesforce platform expertise key to creating an efficient, comprehensive, and visually optimized product.

Responsibilities and Duties:

– Design and implement the key technical components of the solution and help the team to develop and deliver the project deliverable.

– Identify and confirm technical design risks, and develop mitigating approaches, judge the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and make choices that fit the constraints of the project.

-Help reduce the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life-cycle, share implementation best practices, and recommend solution alternatives.

– Partners with the Technical Lead to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones.
