Use Email Logs to Monitor Emails Sent from Salesforce

Get the most out of sending email from Salesforce with features that let you monitor emails.i.e. Email logs. With email logs, you can easily monitor emails sent through Salesforce in the last 30 days. Logs contain information on each email, including the sender and recipient, date and time, delivery status, and any associated error codes. Email logs are in CSV format. This is a great tool for admins to Monitor Emails.

How to Request

From Setup, enter Email Log Files in the Quick Find box, then select Email Log Files.
Click Request an Email Log.
Optionally, you can filter an email log to only include rows where a specific domain name or email address appears in a field, such as a Recipient or Message ID Header. To enter more than one filter term, separate each value with a comma. If you leave this field blank, the log is not filtered and all email addresses are returned within the specified time range.
Enter the email addresses that you want to receive a notification when the email log request is complete. Separate each email address with a comma.

To clear a request and return to the email log overview page, click Cancel.
