Pardot Form
Pardot forms can convert anonymous visitors into prospects, Once visitors start converting into prospects you can start the Nurturing process, you can use Pardot forms to learn more about them and get the perfect view of their needs.
Follow these steps to create a Pardot Form.
In Pardot, Navigate to Marketing | Forms | Forms
Click Add Form.
Step 1: Name
- Enter Name for your Form.
- Select the folders.
- Select the Campaign which you want to associate with that form.
- Click Next.

Step 2: Fields
By default, a form has four fields to choose from.
Note: you can not remove Email field on your form.
For adding field to a form, you must click on + Add New Field.
- Select Country from the list of prospect fields.
- Click Load Default Data next to the Country field to automatically load in a list of Countries.
- Note: You can use the tool icons to edit, rearrange, and delete fields.
- Click Next.

Step 3: Look and Feel
- Select the layout template for your Form.
- Enter the name for Submit Button.
- If you want to add content for your above form, then select Above Form & for Below Select Below Form.
- Click Next.

Step 4: Completion Actions
- Add Thank You Content that will show up to the user after form submission
- Add Thank You Code if you want.
- If you want to display the completed form after submission, then select Always display form after submission.
- If you have a thank you page then you can select redirect to the following URL instead of showing the forms Thank you Content.
- Select Completion action whatever you want to trigger after submission of your form Like assign to a user, send an autoresponder email to after submission, etc.
- Click Next.

Step 5: Confirm and Save.
- Now click on confirm and save.

Now we’re going to add that form into our website!
In Pardot, Navigate to Marketing | Forms | Forms
Select your existing form which you create for your company website.
Go to the top right corner and click on the dropdown menu then select View HTML code.

Copy and paste this iframe code into your website wherever you want to place it.

By using this Iframe code to your website you have successfully implemented Pardot form integration with your website.
Note: please make sure that before starting the process you should put the Pardot tracking code on all the website pages.
